12+ hours ago I registered on your site to buy VPN.
For registration, I used a temporary email.
The first purchase order was test to get a password for the service.
Then I created a new order that was paid, but for some unknown reason my account, was not activated.
At the time I write this post, the transaction already has 108!!! confirmations.
I created a ticket for your support #44,951, also 12+ hours ago, during which time they did not answer me a single word!
I sent them email to info@perfect-privacy.com. No answer.
I sent feedback through website form. No answer.
After this, I do not want to use your service.
Return my funds to me.

I can't do anything about it, as I've already said. I also believe that these types of guys will never disappear. He was looking for stress right from the start. I don't care anymore. He's just making a fool of himself. If he had read our terms and conditions, he would know that there is no refund if he pays with Bitcoin. And if he now advertises this thread on all possible platforms, everyone can see for themselves and form their own judgement. Thanks for the free advertising. :cool:

1. Bitcoin is the ONLY cryptocurrency in which you accept payment. There are no other cryptocurrencies for payment on your site.

2. Bitcoin commission is not high since very old time. It seems that this guy was stuck somewhere about 10 years ago.

3. When you send coins, you will simply include the commission in this balance. You will pay fee from my coins, I will get a little less coins, that's it...

-They publicly announced the 7-day refund.
-Bitcoin fee is not high.
-The commission will be included in payment from my coins. They do not lose anything.

Firstly, due to the fact that you are freaks, you could change this point at any time. That is, after I asked for refund.
Secondly, it clearly states that the reason is in the high commission. But in the BTC there is no high commission and .000011 BTC fee is ridiculous.
Thirdly, yes, I will spread this information about what kind of freaks you are everywhere. Yes, people will see how you can't pay a commission from my own coins.
Miserable, greedy freaks.
