12+ hours ago I registered on your site to buy VPN.
For registration, I used a temporary email.
The first purchase order was test to get a password for the service.
Then I created a new order that was paid, but for some unknown reason my account, was not activated.
At the time I write this post, the transaction already has 108!!! confirmations.
I created a ticket for your support #44,951, also 12+ hours ago, during which time they did not answer me a single word!
I sent them email to info@perfect-privacy.com. No answer.
I sent feedback through website form. No answer.
After this, I do not want to use your service.
Return my funds to me.

I can't do anything about it, as I've already said. I also believe that these types of guys will never disappear. He was looking for stress right from the start. I don't care anymore. He's just making a fool of himself. If he had read our terms and conditions, he would know that there is no refund if he pays with Bitcoin. And if he now advertises this thread on all possible platforms, everyone can see for themselves and form their own judgement. Thanks for the free advertising. :cool:

Those are the rules. You can now simply use our service, or leave it. A refund with Bitcoin is not possible. I don't know much about the legal stuff. But I assume that we are not allowed to simply deduct something from a refund and pay back an imaginary sum. That's why we ruled it out from the outset, I think.

The rules of some small private company is not a law.
You just have not updated your rules from the very beginning of their existence. That's all.

It is not true, because that are our terms and conditions that there is no refund with Bitcoin. And i think people from every VPN review site and the police are able to read and understand them.

And one of the responsibilities of businessmen is to monitor updates, especially technical, but you did not.
You can't argue this fact, the Bitcoin commission in March 2025 - very low.

Like I said, I didn't make the rules. I'm just being kind enough to explain them to you. And i think we do not intend to change these rules, as Bitcoin and the fees are subject to extreme volatility.
I am also not authorised to change the rules and generally have no influence on the payment process.
