Ah, a deja vu. You (do not) learn from mistakes.
Live the transparency you promote. Make your software open source. There are enough people who put them through their paces and repeatedly point this out to developers who have traveled or are unable to do so. This outdated closed source blackbox crap will bring you even more dropped subscribers. My trust in you and your service is broken. You can delete negative criticism, but displeasure is spreading among the paying subscribers.

Pisst euch nicht gleich ein.

Das ist ein bekannter "Fehler" der alle paar Monate mal passiert. Das muss einer der Admins fixen und dann läuft das morgen wieder, bis dorthin einfach ingorieren.

Bei mir kommt der gleiche Fehler. Außerdem kann ich die App nie öffnen. Habe schon zig mal neu installiert, den Windows Defender SmartScreen inkl. aller Funktionen abgeschaltet, aber nix hilft. Wenn ich den Rechner neu starte, kann ich mich mit einem Server verbinden, minimiere ich das Fenster, ist es weg und ich bekomme es nicht mehr auf.

You can easily inspect the code of the .net assembly if you have a half working brain. If you don't have that, you can still use vanilla openvpn. Other than that: if you don't trust PP, you shouldn't use this service in the first place. Your argument makes zero sense.

Weiß nicht ob es hier richtig ist, aber seit dem update heute am Montag habe ich wieder den Steinsel Server in der liste?

edit: Schon wieder weg.
