VPN verbindet nicht

Ich habe mein System neu aufgesetzt und schaffe es einfach nicht mehr mich zu verbinden, egal ob IPSec oder OpenVPN.

Er geht immer bis "Warten auf Bestätigung" und wechselt zurück zu "Nicht Verbunden".

System ist Windows 7 64bit.

OpenVPN und VPN Manager habe ich versucht neu zu installieren, brachte leider keinerlei Erfolg.

Habe mein System nochmal neu aufgesetzt, mit einer anderen Windows 7 Installations CD (auch Win7 64 Bit) und das Problem tritt weiterhin auf.

Sind jetzt nur noch:

TAP-Windows Adapter V9

Welche Security Software hast du drauf?

Ja ist identisch.
Bisher noch keine.

Kann das ganze möglicherweise an fehlenden Windows Updates liegen?
Da ich momentan nach einem Umzug noch kein DSL habe, nutze ich einen UMTS Stick und habe daher Updates vermieden und bin noch auf SP1

Habe jetzt mal die Verbindung über ein Wlan Netz getestet - hier verbindet er korrekt.

Also muss es wohl an meinem Stick liegen, ich habe den allerdings bereits vor Neuinstallation genutzt und da funktionierte es Problemlos.
Woran kann es jetzt noch liegen?
