User authentication failed

I have downloaded the VPN profile (Hongkong for iOS), entered my username and password correctly (checked multiple times), yet it still shows 'user authentication failed' when I try to connect. I have uninstalled, re-installed countless times but it doesn't tackle the problem. Please help!

If you have double-checked your username and password and ensured they are correct, there could be a few other possible causes for the "user authentication failed" issue. First, make sure you have a stable internet connection and that no other VPN or firewall settings are conflicting with the connection. Additionally, try changing the VPN server location to see.
