Answered: Update to WIN10 causes PP-VPN to Fail

Had 3 different PCs running Win10 /w PerfectPrivacy VPN (PP-VPN), then
performed Win10 upgrade to the current version (2004). All 3 PCs PP-VPN FAILED to
complete the authentication process.

Removed PP-VPN to obtain network connection and down loaded latest version
from web site. The software installed but had the same problem.

Removed PP-VPN and added Nord VPN until PP-VPN is fixed to work /w Win10.

Wich VPN protocol do you use? IPSec or OpenVPN? Do you have open a support ticket?

I think that it uses OpenVPN on Win10.
Tried to open support ticket, but for some reason it never showed up.
will try copying the above to a new ticket.

Closed ticket. Dropping Windows, prefer Linux.
Each time Windows is upgraded, PP-VPN dies.
I no longer have the time to deal with problems created by Microsoft.
Linux and PP-VPN works better for me.
