Answered: PP VPN Manager get's stuck on 'connecting' after wake from sleep

Hi,
PP VPN manager works fine except for when waking the computer for sleep.
Wifi re-connects but the VPN just hangs on 'connecting' indefinitely, requiring me to manually disconnect and reconnect.
Any ideas how to stop this from happening?

No. Is that normally required?
I'm used to shutting the lid and letting services/wifi etc reconnect when opening it back up again?

Running a VPN requires settings like for instance the routing to be modified to send the data packets through the VPN tunnel instead of the default route to the router responsible for the network. So effectively the default route changes... if those changes are not reverted before turning of the computer (sleep mode counts as that too) issues like the one you describe are to be expected.
