Answered: It's been 3 days and I can't get this thing working (IPSEC nor OpenVPN)

Hello, I am having issues getting PP connected and wonder is there a good soul willing to help :)
Basically when using IPSEC can't search in Firefox as if it's offline, but when typing correct web address
in the address bar it does open a web page, np. No such issues with TOR.
That must be the weirdest thing I've seen and can't figure it out.

On the other hand, OpenVPN which was the reason I joined the PP club, can't get to work whatsoever.
CreateFile failed on TAP device: \\.\Global\{B9EC0930-B8DB-4C4E-B1E4-91A25065CE45}.tap: The system cannot find the file specified
Tried to reinstall VPN manager, removed all TAP devices, tried to install only the manager, than the TAP
driver, combos with OpenVPN, safe mode... but to no avail.
The funny thing is that the manager would remove TAP device while attempting to connect.. ?!

I've sent support ticket yesterday, no answers. Any idea what am I missing here please?
