What the hell is going on here?!

Even the servers that are online aren't working properly. My FreshTomato router can barely connect to any of them now. It seems like the configuration needs updating, but who’s going to do that? This company feels like it's on autopilot, just waiting for everything to shut down.

I've been a customer for almost 15 years! I would have left long ago if I didn't remember how great the support used to be. But if this keeps up, I won’t have any choice but to look for another VPN provider – and honestly, I’ll have no other option because THIS ISN'T WORKING!

I started this thread a year ago and honestly things have only gotten worse since then. Most of the servers don’t work anymore and a lot of users have already moved on to other VPNs, same for me. It sucks because I’ve been with Perfect Privacy for over 15 years and I remember how good it used to be.

But if the owner doesn’t care, I’m not going to stress about it.

For anyone still looking for alternatives, I tried Mullvad and IVPN over the past months and they’re both great, way ahead of Perfect Privacy in pretty much every way right now. (At this point it’s actually hard to find a VPN that isn’t better.)

My PP subscription ends in a little over a month, but I already stopped using it. This is my last post here, so take care everyone.
