Answered: How do you set default/startup server?

I apparently found this once before, because I had a startup server set. But that server has been out of service for awhile, and I've had to manually switch my server upon restarts. I'd like to set the default/startup server to one that's in active service, but I can't figure out where to set it. Any pointers? Windows 10, VPN Manager 1.10.39.0.

Just walked through settings for the fifth time, and cured my setting blindness: Program Settings -> Autoconnect on startup. Couldn't be more obvious.
