It appears that the alternative information website incogman.net is being censored by Perfect Privacy VPN, even with TrackStop completely disabled. Can admins explain why this is going on? Test for yourself:

@Jakarta and @Florian2833z thanks for the feedback, but there is some kind of censorship going on here. When I try to access the domain through Perfect Privacy it fails, but it works perfectly fine when I use a different VPN service connected to a New York server. In fact, I have never seen it down when using the other VPN on the New York server (never offline).

Some websites claim the site is down, but if you use this site, and test the domain (http://incogman.net/) you can see that it is being blocked in certain locations, and allowed in others:

This looks like advanced censorship. What do you think?
 
Actually, I have never seen something like this. When I'm home, I'm gonna check where the connection fails, for most of the servers there are DNS errors, others report problems with the tcp connection to the webserver. For me personally, this looks like a broken website (some are lucky and able to access it).
