Stealth mode prevents connecting in Windows 10 Pro

Hi
I have Windows 10 Pro with all updates.

So for the last 8 days I can't connect if I have "Stealth mode" on with all types.
I could connect with "Stealth mode" before perfectly fine.

Also even after connecting with "stealth mode" DISABLED, the log has an entry saying;
"UserAPI | Network Problem".

My settings:
Trackstop: Disabled
Leak Protection: All enabled except for "Custom DNS servers".
Port forwarding: All Disabled.

Preferences;
External IP: Nuero routing disabled, Enforce Primary disabled.
Connection protocol: OpenVPN
Connection Details: Protocol UDP, Hops 1, cipher AES-256-GCM, Port auto, TLS method is "crypt", Driver TAP windows latest.

Whats wrong?

I really want stealth mode!

I made 2 tickets 8 days ago. Nobody replied still.
Please ask them to look at the tickets.

Not been able to use STEALTH is a huge problem.

I have been using since Jan 2025.
Speeds are pretty low even with 1 hop (20mbps max out of my 100mbps! connection) for pretty much all servers.
I bought your expensive PP service especially to use the 4 hop system with stealth and neuro routing. I would have been okay with 25mbps with 4 hops, not 1 hop.
I have neither now.
I just use 1 hop sadly.

Dont do things with our brave Perfect Privacy which need four hops and stealth/neuro routing! Thats the reason why so many servers are in maintenance mode so far.
 
Wow! So other users are having these problems too?
Yeah its now been 10 days and no replies for either ticket.
1) One ticket was from the direct user account system.
2) The second ticket was from creating a forum account and posting from that.
3) The third is this post here.
No replies from both tickets still.

Is anybody else having this problem with stealth mode on?
Any solutions?

Me, too for OBFS
Other stealth modes (SSH, HTTP) seems to work. (didn't checked all variations, though)
.. but all is with very low data rates

I raised my ticket in forum more than 10 days ago - so far no reply

I absolutely need Stealth mode.
I have been connecting for 11 days now without stealth!
I can't connect at all using stealth using any of the options, OBFS HTTP etc.

Also speeds are 15-20 mbps with one hop for any server, the working ones anyway. This was from the start by the way.

I have 2 separate tickets open and no replies yet.
I uploaded screenshots, and 4 separate logs to this ticket, showing what happens when I can't connect and can connect without stealth.
That should be more than enough for any tech to figure out what is going on.

I am using Window 10 Pro with all updates.
Please reply soon.

I'm having this same problem and am almost ready to give up. The problem just started happening for me yesterday and now I cannot connect at all while stealthed. I'm getting frustrated at this point--problems like this should not persist and go unresolved.

Why *HAVE* a VPN if your traffic is completely visible??? I just renewed my subscription for 2 years this summer, but now I'm looking at the option of going to NordVPN.

PerfectPrivacy, you need to fix this and you need to do it soon, please.

I'm going to reinstall the software to its latest update and see if that helps anything...

Follow-up: Nope. I must turn off both Leak Protection and Stealth in order to connect. This VPN is now completely unusable for me. I will give them a few days' time to fix it before actually losing my temper.
 
This is unbelievable!
I don't mind people making mistakes or services having technical faults.
I don't mind if it takes some time.

But what I am absolutely disgusted by is the lack of response to a very urgent issue.

The ONLY reason I signed up for this very expensive service is because of 4 hops with Stealth and Neuro routing.

Where are the techs???
This was a work week! This wasn't the weekend right.

I posted the2 tickets on Aug 16th!
No replies to both tickets and to this forum also.

Where is everybody DURING AN EMERGENCY?
 
I've submitted a ticket of my own. I'll wait a few days and see what happens. They've done very good work these past years, so I don't want to rush to judgment until they've had a chance to study the situation and troubleshoot it some.

This does need a prompt solution though--I cannot connect at all through the VPN. A direct, unprotected connection is my only option right now.

They need to let me know they have looked at my tickets, and are studying that.

The German-language forum has been going bonkers with frustrated customers facing the exact same situation we have. Pretty much everyone is fed up with the PP support staff at this point and many are talking about the financial loss from a year-long or two-year subscription that they're going to lose: they're expecting the company to go under.

It's really sad to see.
 
Still no word yet. The mood on the German forum is growing darker and darker.

The weekend is over now, so I'm hoping they'll start moving on this problem now. I don't really mind being made to wait several days or even a full week for a solution; it's the lack of communication from them that worries me--no one on the staff coming on here just to say, "Well, we're having such-and-such (however vaguely stated) problems, but we're working on it and will keep you customers updated on our progress. Sorry for the delay."

But we've received nothing like that. Zilch.
