Windows VPN manager keep asking for username/password

Dear Sir/Madam,

I can successfully login my account on the website, and can also login VPN manager app. However when I tried to connect to any server, it kept asking for username/password. I checked log file and it shows error code is 'AUTH_FAILED'. But I can successfully login the website.

By the way I just activated my account 2 hours ago. But in the email, it says it takes up to 3 minutes to propagate usernma/password to all servers. If I cannot connect to any server tomorrow. I will ask for money back.

Which Device, operating system and PP VPN-Software are you using?
