PP USER with server

Hi
Im not so into iptables etc. where I like to have some professional support to avoid any kind of leaks etc.
So i have a server running debian, with 2 ETH Ports (lets call it ETH0 (LAN) and ETH1 (WAN))
I like to make a stealth VPN (SSH) router using this machine (IPv6 optional):
WAN DHCP client
LAN subnet 192.168.10.x, DHCP server
killswitch
Can please somebody provide the IP and routing tables?
Or even better since it doesent exist in the internet: provide a tutorial (Im likely not the only person who likes to do this)
