What happened to trackstop? It used to be so reliable. I always liked to use it on my smartphone, free apps with ads in them were always blocked cleanly. In the meantime, trackstop is almost useless.
No one with the same request?
It is not possible to use a decent browser-based or even system-wide ad blocker on every device. On iOS and iPadOS, you unfortunately have to rely on VPN support, or use a virtual VPN app instead. Ads in third-party apps can only be decently blocked this way.
I would like to use Perfect Privacy and have the same positive result as before. The current configuration does not block many ad servers. Wouldn't it be possible to import a proven collection and maintain it regularly? For example, there would be https://oisd.nl
Can the team say something about how often the databases with ad servers are updated? As a privacy-focused operator, you need to do better on this front!
