Hallo,

Port 5080 is for SOCKS5 Proxy, and your have defined in qbittorrent this proxy as anHTTP proxy (whose ports are 3128 and 8080). You should chose SOCKS5 for the proxy type used by qbittorrent.

But even if this works, you will not be able to connect to most of the public trackers, as most of them are using udp protocol, whereas SSH "doesn't speak" udp.
You will not be able to use the DHT, either. And you will not be "connectable" (in the sense you will not be able to receive incoming connections from others peers, for it is impossible to open a port on a proxy server), only outgoing connections will work for you.

In using only SOCKS5 proxy, without SSH, you will be able to connect to every trackers, even the udp ones, and...

In using only SOCKS5 proxy, without SSH, you will be able to connect to every trackers, even the udp ones, and probably you will be able to use the DHT. But of course you will lose the SSH encryption from your torrent client to the PP server you chose to use. And you will remain "not connectable" in the previous sense.
