From my observation it only works if there is only one server per location.
That being said,

it works with Barcelona, Belgrade, Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Hongkong, LA, Madrid, Miami, Milan, Montreal, NY, Oslo, Paris, Prague, Reykjavik, Riga, Singapore, Stockholm, Sydney, Tokyo, Vienna, Warsaw,

and doesn't work with Amsterdam, Basel, London, Moscow, Rotterdam, Zurich.

Unfortunately not Oslo. But I'll try the others. Then I'll give you an answer as to whether it works. I'm used to really good service at PP, but unfortunately that's changed. Tickets aren't being answered.

Do you know of a good backup that offers this feature? I'll stick with PP, but then I'll just buy a second VPN.

There still might be difficulties with Oslo, so try different ones.

I haven't found one where it worked yet. Did you perhaps find one of the?

Months ago I used PF, and I had no problems as long I avoided serveral servers as described above.
Can you post a screen of the configuration you wanna setup?
