This thread refers to the Howto Perfect Privacy VPN Manager Installation (this documentation is for Windows 10, we also provide the same documentation for Windows 8 and for Windows 7).

I am running Windows 7. VPNManager 1.10.9.0 does not launch automatically on boot up. When I launch the program manually I always get the pop-up: User Account Control: Do you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer?: Program name: VPNManager.exe

I followed the install and config instructions. Any suggestions?

upgrade to win10

try right click -> run as administrator on the vpn exe / shortcut
