PP is definitely not a scam.

If you want a VPN that will reply to your requests in minutes (seconds?), you may be better off with one of those larger providers that has live chat via third-party support in the Philippines.

this is most likely due to the delays recently occuring in the Bitcoin blockchain. Within the last couple of days some other customers had trouble with Bitcoin payments too.
