We now have received some further information about the server Paris2 and we regret to inform you that Paris2 will not be coming back. The hoster informed us that our customer account has been terminated and the server was deactivated due to a judicial warrant, and likely has been seized. The exact reason presumably is only known to the member who has been causing this.
It is a shame that some people don't seem to understand that anonymity, whether on the internet or elsewhere, is not a free ticket for doing gross mischief or even engaging in clearly illegal activities. Unlawful activities will eventually lead to serious conseqeunces. We know that most of our members are aware of this, but want to use this opportunity to remind everyone to use our services responsibly and to respect our terms of service. Unfornately it is unlikely that we can provide a replacement server in the region soon.
