P2P Not Unlawful In Some French Territories

Hello,

P2P is not allowed on FR servers because of their short termination in case of P2P usage, thanks to Hadopi law.

But some French Territories are not subject of this law. It's the case for French Polynesia.

A server in Papeete (I don't know if there are server to rent over there) could be used by PP clients in the southern hemisphere (Australia, New Zeeland, etc). Currently, these customers only have 2 Sydney servers in their geographical zone, but P2P is disallowed on PP servers there. So for doing P2P, their only option is to use servers
thousands of kilometers away, which is accompanied by slow speeds and bad pings.

A Papeete server could maybe bring a beginning of solution to this situation.
