I had to deactivate "The Child Protection" which is responsible for the issue. But Outlook is not porn

We whitelisted some *.live.com domains which might have been the reason. Can you test this again?

Just tried OneDrive and https://outlook.live.com but both are not working.

What error message are you receiving exactly? When does it happen? Are you able to browse the hotmail website?

However, I guess you guys can do the test by yourself.
Just activate the Child Protection and you will see it by yourself when you type https://outlook.live.com/
Same issue with OneDrive https://onedrive.live.com

We found the issue (one of the nameservers in the chain was not updated). This should be resolved in around 30 minutes.
