No connection to any servers

Ive had this issue most of December and it continues to now. Android phones x2 i is Huawei and another is GrapheneOS Pixel both were working on PP no issue using the app, now i cannot connect to any server at all ever.
Same errors, everytime. Whether its on Cell data or WIFI same issue.
ON the same network my PC app works fine without any issues at all, both phones are on different cellular networks, neither works, tried from other WIFI doesnt work, same error : [IKE] establishing IKE_SA failed, peer not responding

HI. I had the same issue over December, so I chose to be proactive and download Open VPN for Android from PP. If it says connection failed....keep trying it seems to take a few connection attempts to register. Currrently Im using Tokyo, Singapore and Basel. Hope this helps.
 
You cannot connect via IKEv2/IPSEC to any PP server at the moment.
This is being addressed and worked on by the PP team. This started Dec 23rd and is ongoing.
Keep your patience and proceed as described above via OpenVPN.
