Los Angeles site refusing connections?

It replies to pings, but connections are being refused.

Same problem for me. Only Los Angeles IPSEC location. I get this desktop error from VPN Manager when trying to connect.

Error Error Code:13843 DotRas.RasDialException: Exception of type 'DotRas.RasDialException' was thrown.

OpenVPN method works but not IPSEC.

That only happens on Los Angeles? That is strange. Unfortunately IPSec in windows does not provide any meaningful log, the "DotRas.RasDialException" is the catch-all error for everything, so it's nearly impossible to troubleshoot.

I'm able to connect to Los Angeles now. Guess it was a temporary routing issue from my location.
