Solution PP Lars Mar 1, 2019 Hi, looks like IPSEC is broken on your computer. Try: 1) Uninstall the Client 2) Restart your computer 3) Reset the Windows Firewall to default (http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-firewall-settings) 4) Reinstall fresh client version from https://www.perfect-privacy.com/member/download/ 5) Start the VPN manager, go to Settings -> Other and click on "Reset Network" 6) Restart the VPN manager once.
