General issue with servers not connecting.

Hi Team.

A lot of Servers are not connecting even though the say the are online.

Example: Manchester connects fine through the ANDROID but does not connect AT ALL through WINDOWS.

It sais that the server is 100% free all of the time, but NEVER CONNECTS through windows

But generally the servers are not connecting. Is this going to be a continous issue? or what can be done our side to fix this?

Yes, we currently have problems. Servers that are 100% free are probably not working. We will fix this as soon as possible.

A bit irrelevant here, but still important to me. I would like to know how long does it usually take to get a response to a support ticket? Is it normal for PP just to ignore their customers?
