Change of the hoster for the privacy server Stockholm1

[Perfect Privacy]

We have replaced the privacy server Stockholm1 with a new server. The new
server is located in the former nuclear bunker of the hoster Bahnhof, and
is again connected via an unmetered 100mbps port. If our experiences there
are positive, and your feedback is also tending in this direction, we will
also move the server Stockholm2 there.

Addition: We have also moved the server Stockholm2 yesterday. So both Stockholm based servers are in the bunker now.
