Can't Connect to ANY servers!

Over half of the available servers say "down for maintenance" & the other half refuses to connect on the desktop app yet on the website (https://www.perfect-privacy.com/en/serverstatus) they seems to be working! I've tried uninstall/reinstall and I've also tried updating & every time I click "CHECK NOW" I see Config says "DOWNLOADING" but nothing ever happens and there's no link to download the updates. Then after a few seconds both Software & Config says "IDLE" even though the Config seems to be behind since the installed version is: 1720761630 and the update says the available version is: 1755211589.

What's going on? Is there a way to fix this?

Please help!

Having the same problem. Funny thing is I can connect to some of the servers on and off on android. Other people have posted of connection problems as well. Would be nice if PP would let people know what the hell is going on. This happened Sept 2 as well.

This is one of many problems since 2024 that have already been described in the forum.
No solutions have been found to date, nothing doing.

Welcome to the club. Whoever is involved should make their decision.

Where words and deeds tend to be based on the movie “Gone with the Wind,” it is probably futile to expect any improvement in this corporate structure.
