Hello
Is it possible to use the Tor browser along with the VPN? If so, what are the settings to be configured? Is Perfect Privacy on Socks 4/5 or HTTPS?

You can simply connect to VPN and then start the Tor Browser Bundle. The local proxy TOR is setting up will send its traffic over the VPN tunnel. No specific configuration necessary.
